FEE SCHEDULE Accounts are charged a fee based upon the market value of assets under management, calculated as follows: % FEE  VALUE OF ASSETS 1.00%  of equity assets on first $1 million 0.70%  of equity assets between $1 million and $5 million    0.60%  of equity assets between $5 million and $10 million 0.50%  of equity assets in excess of $10 million   Fixed Income 0.40% of fixed income assets on first $3 million 0.25% of fixed income assets in excess of $3 million Fees are payable quarterly in arrears. Multiple accounts representing one client relationship are combined and prorated for fee calculation purposes. Chilton Capital Management can work with any qualified independent trust company.
